ABOUT ANDREA EASTMAN

Andrea C. Eastman holds a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and an M.S. in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Early in her career, she managed various Human Resource functions for small and large employers in the Washington, DC area, including The Segal Company, Automated Sciences Group, GEICO, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and GrandBank.

After obtaining her advanced degree in Counseling, Andrea transitioned to the field of career counseling/higher education administration and assumed Assistant Director posts in Career Services at Johns Hopkins, Tufts University, and Brown University.

Andrea left the full-time workforce for 3 years as she raised her son. She continued to develop counseling and communication skills via the development of a private career counseling practice.

In February 2007, Andrea returned to the professional workforce in Career Services at Providence College and then, in September 2007, joined the staff of Career Planning at the College of the Holy Cross, where she is currently a Career Counselor.
